Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
We’re looking for an AI Architect – Manager who Is responsible for defining and delivering enterprise AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions while leading and developing technical teams.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, partnering across engineering, product, platform, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production‑ready AI capabilities aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Shape AI architecture and direction by defining scalable AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions that align with business priorities and enterprise standards.
- Guide solutions from concept to production, supporting teams as they move from early exploration through deployment with a focus on reliability, performance, and long‑term maintainability.
- Support and develop engineering teams through coaching, technical guidance, and clear goal setting, helping individuals grow while delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- Collaborate across teams, working closely with product, platform, security, and business partners to translate needs into practical, well‑aligned technical approaches.
- Strengthen AI delivery foundations by encouraging consistent MLOps and LLMOps practices, including automation, monitoring, observability, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices (CI/CD, model/version management, deployment, monitoring, observability)
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices across the solution lifecycle
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks or tooling (for example: LangChain, LlamaIndex, LLM APIs)
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years Experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions used in production
- 2+ years Experience leading technical projects and supporting team delivery
