AI and ML Consultant

Location: Remote

Reporting to: Director

Employment: Full-time Temporary Employee (eligible for benefits) or C2C - 6 month initial term with potential extension

We are seeking a high caliber AI and ML Consultant with a background in leading artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) projects (development and deployment). You will assist Clients in transforming and optimizing their customer’s experience while increasing operational efficiency. In this role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of AI and ML to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients, guiding them through every phase of the project lifecycle. As a key interface between the technical and business teams, you will drive the vision for AI/ML solutions while ensuring successful delivery through Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• AI/ML consulting services, helping clients design, develop and deploy AI/ML models to meet their business needs.
• Product Owner for AI/ML initiatives, help define application features and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.
• Lead AI/ML projects from conception to deployment, coordinate cross functional teams and align with business needs.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, reviews, etc) and promote an Agile environment.
• Engage with Clients to gather requirements, identify opportunities for accuracy and scalability.
• Ensure continuous improvement in process, tools and delivery of solutions within an Agile framework.
• Serve as the liaison between the technical teams and business ensuring transparent communication and manage Client stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications for success:

• 5 or more years’ experience with AI/ML (development, and deployment)
• 3 or more years of experience working as a Scrum Master/Project Leader/Project Management
• Experience working as a Product owner (define product features and prioritize requirements based on client needs and business impact)
• Analytical, business process modeling, and user design experience
• Experience as a professional services client consultant with a collaborative team focus, strong listening skills, as well as oral and written communication skills
• Experience authoring and giving customer presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AI/ML algorithms, model development, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Knowledge of data engineering and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Bachelors degree preferred

Applicants can expect to make between $135,000 to $163,000 annual pay upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description.
