Job Title: AI & Automation Coordinator
IMG is looking for a motivated, tech driven AI & Automation Coordinator to help us bring smarter systems into our business and lift how we operate.
We are a one stop shop across heavy diesel, hydraulics, machining, fabrication, field service, and project delivery. Now we are ready to take the next step by integrating AI and automation to improve efficiency, and unlock better insights across the business.
This is not a typical IT role. It is a hands on opportunity for someone early in their career who is full of ideas, energy, and curiosity, and wants to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Identify opportunities to improve processes using AI and automation
- Build and test workflows to streamline admin and operational tasks
- Research and trial new AI tools and technologies
- Support system integration across teams and departments
- Help automate reporting, dashboards, and internal workflows
- Work with teams across the business to solve problems and improve efficiency
- Bring new ideas on how IMG can work smarter
What we’re looking for
- Recent graduate or junior candidate with a strong interest in AI
- Highly motivated, energetic, and full of ideas
- Naturally curious and enjoys experimenting with new tools
- Tech savvy with strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive and able to learn quickly
- Passion for improving systems and finding smarter ways of working
Bonus if you have experience with
- ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools
- Workflow automation tools
- Google Workspace or similar systems
- Data, reporting, or dashboards
- Basic coding or API integrations
