We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused AI (Agentic) Product Manager Consultant to partner with internal teams to drive clarity, velocity, and impact. This role will focus on enabling AI-driven product strategy, risk automation, and self-service tools that unlock scale across a global technology company.
As an AI (Agentic) Product Manager Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- AI Agents for Manual Work – Explore and deliver AI-driven automation for repetitive, manual tasks (e.g., pricing workflows), ensuring measurable efficiency gains.
- Define AI & Customer Support Strategy – Translate leadership vision into a clear, actionable product strategy that strengthens our AI and customer support initiatives.
- Innovation & Market Scanning – Research emerging trends in AI, customer support, and risk management; bring forward external best practices and competitive insights.
- Unified Impact Dashboards – Build and align executive-ready dashboards that communicate team impact across the company, connecting local outcomes to enterprise-wide vision.
- Automated Risk Assessment Tooling – Design and oversee delivery of risk assessment solutions that empower business partners to self-serve, monitor regularly, and take clear, explainable action.
- Cross-Org Alignment – Work across product, engineering, data science, and operations to break silos, create shared outcomes, and ensure leadership confidence.
- Execution Excellence – Maintain a crisp backlog, prioritize effectively, and ensure on-time delivery with high standards for quality and clarity.
- Change Management & Communication – Clearly articulate progress, risks, and decisions to executives and stakeholders, driving adoption and trust.

You have:
- AI & Machine Learning – Proven experience developing intelligent systems using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) and applied machine learning techniques.
- Workflow Automation – Hands-on experience with building, integrating, or optimizing AI-driven workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Enterprise-Level Transformation – Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives across complex, global organizations.
- Strategic Planning & Execution – Ability to define vision, roadmap, and implementation strategies for enterprise transformation programs.
- AI Product Development – Prior experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions, from ideation and prototyping to deployment.
- Strong track record of delivering dashboards, risk automation tools, or workflow agents in enterprise settings.
- Excellent communicator with ability to translate technical details into business outcomes.
- Vendor/contractor mindset: able to add value quickly, drive clarity without creating disruption, and leave behind scalable systems
You might also have:
- Industry Breadth – Exposure to technology, SaaS, public sector, or highly regulated environments preferred.
- Familiarity with organizational design, culture shifts, and business process reengineering.
- Hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying multi-agent systems where multiple autonomous AI agents collaborate or compete to achieve shared objectives.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: 120,000 - 150,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
