Lexagri is looking for an Agrowin Support & Developer to join the IT team. This role will combine technical support, maintenance, and development for both Agrowin and Agrowin Cloud.
- Ensure the maintenance, support, evolution, and technical reliability of Agrowin SW and Agrowin Cloud applications.
- The role combines functional and technical support, server and infrastructure knowledge, ETL process understanding, and development skills for cloud applications based on Symfony PHP and related web technologies.
- Provide technical and functional support for Agrowin SW
- Analyze incidents and implement corrective actions
- Maintain and improve ETL processes and data flows
- Work with servers, environments, backups, and deployments (maintainer and report level)
- Develop and maintain cloud functionalities with Symfony PHP
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and Data teams
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
- Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with PHP and Symfony
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases MariaDB and PostgreSQL
- Understanding of servers, application environments, and infrastructure basics
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools
- Analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- English
- French
- Linux and Docker knowledge
- Firebird database experience
- Experience in support of business-critical applications
- Knowledge of Agrowin or similar sector software
- Snowflake knowledge
- Analytics tools knowledge like PowerBi or Tableau.
