Description

Position Objective: In this job, the team member will be responsible for general labor duties of agronomy, efficient operations of the location and provide outstanding customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform operational functions of the agronomy location including blending, loading, delivery of product and general labor.
  • Complete all related paperwork in a timely manner
  • Manage inventory in accordance with company procedures/policies
  • Maintain facility and equipment, keeping it clean and in safe working condition
  • Assist in other departments/locations as needed
  • Ensure services are performed in such a manner as to maintain good customer relations
  • Comply with all federal and state Department of Transportation regulations and strive for excellent Comprehensive Safety Analysis (CSA) scores
  • Know and follow all company safety policies/procedures. Perform work in a safe manner while observing all traffic laws and all OSHA state and federal safety regulations
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Report all maintenance items to supervisor
  • Maintain equipment in operational and cleanly appearances at all times
  • Represent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance – positively enriching the culture of CFS
  • Make decisions and follow instructions with little or no supervision
  • Perform other duties or projects as requested by management

Requirements

  • Maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
  • Maintain required Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certification
  • Maintain insurability requirements in accordance with property and casualty insurance guidelines
  • Ability to obtain commercial applicators license
  • Acceptable driving record
