We are seeking an Agronomy Applicator to join our agronomy operations team. This role offers a mix of spraying, customer interaction, and hands-on work in the shop and yard — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
- Apply fertilizer and crop protection products
- Operate and maintain application equipment
- Support Agronomy operations
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Follow Safety polices and maintain compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class B CDL with tanker endorsement and DOT medical certification.
- Team player who’s willing to “wrench” and assist in the shop when needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated and dependable, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with basic computer and mobile technology.
