Are you an agronomy professional who enjoys helping growers achieve the best possible results with our varieties? This is a marketing oriented role with impact across the EAME region, with a focus on Northwest Europe. It is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional who already understands the market and wants to grow further in an international, customer-facing role.

The Challenge

As Agronomist – AGH, you will help customers and our marketing and sales teams make the most of Active Greenhouse concepts. Your focus is on translating technical knowledge, crop insights and market needs into practical recommendations that customers can apply in their own greenhouse operations.

You will work closely with growers and our marketing and sales colleagues to advise on how Active Greenhouse environments can be set up and managed to support the performance of our seed varieties. You will develop and adapt protocols, share best practices and strengthen the technical value we bring to customers across EAME, with a strong focus on Northwest Europe.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, adapting and advising on crop-management protocols for customers working with our seed varieties in Active Greenhouse environments.
  • Providing practical, technically sound and commercially relevant guidance on greenhouse set-up, cultivation strategies and crop management.
  • Working closely with growers, customers, sales and marketing teams across EAME, particularly in Northwest Europe.
  • Translating grower feedback, market developments and technical insights into clear variety-positioning recommendations and customer solutions.
  • Supporting customer visits, demonstrations, technical events, presentations and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you have

  • Experience with climate-control systems, irrigation or hydroponics, and crop-management technologies.
  • The ability to translate technical knowledge into clear, practical protocols and recommendations for customers.
