You will develop and adapt protocols, share best practices and strengthen the technical value we bring to customers across EAME, with a strong focus on Northwest Europe.
Your key responsibilities include:

- Providing practical, technically sound and commercially relevant guidance on greenhouse set-up, cultivation strategies and crop management.
- Working closely with growers, customers, sales and marketing teams across EAME, particularly in Northwest Europe.
- Translating grower feedback, market developments and technical insights into clear variety-positioning recommendations and customer solutions.
- Supporting customer visits, demonstrations, technical events, presentations and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of crop management, plant physiology and how greenhouse conditions affect crop performance.
- Experience with climate-control systems, irrigation or hydroponics, and crop-management technologies.
- The ability to translate technical knowledge into clear, practical protocols and recommendations for customers.
- A customer-oriented and commercially minded approach, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
