Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and field-oriented Agrofood Process Engineer to join our industrial team. Within an international context, you will contribute to optimizing and improving production processes across the Group, in close collaboration with industrial management and local production teams.
As part of your mission, you will work on key unit operations such as fermentation, autolysis, drying and other core agro-industrial processes.
The V.I.E will be responsible for:
- Optimizing production processes (fermentation, autolysis, drying, etc.) in coordination with the Group’s industrial management
- Conducting and coordinating studies with production managers to drive continuous improvement actions (time, organization, cost efficiency)
- Participating in the design, development and start-up of new industrial installations
- Supporting operational teams on technical matters as a true field engineer
- Contributing to additional industrial projects assigned within the Group
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in food-industrial engineering is a plus
- Solid knowledge of unit operations in industrial processes
- At least 1 year of industrial field experience (postgraduate experience required)
- Fluent English is mandatory
- French, Serbian or Hungarian would be a plus
