Project-Based Intern

Solentra Global DBA Cultura Technologies provides software solutions to the agribusiness industry with simplified business and information management. Our software products improve yields and quality, reduce the variability of results, streamline business processes, enhance business analysis and decision-making, track, capture, and manage data, and deliver peace of mind with risk mitigation products.

Our set of solutions and services are designed to enhance productivity and customer service through automating and streamlining tasks– from back-office functions such as accounting, financials, payroll, inventory, and patronage to operations such as grain handling, crop planning, precision analysis, bin management, traceability, retail transactions, and fuel tracking.

The Position:

We are seeking motivated college juniors and seniors to join our dynamic team as Project-Based Interns. This internship program is designed to offer flexible work hours to accommodate academic schedules while providing hands-on experience through project-based assignments. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, gain valuable industry insights, and contribute to projects that drive our company forward. This paid position will be for one year or as mutually agreed. This role will not exceed 20 hours a week.

General Responsibilities:

• Project Work: Assist in the completion of specific projects based on skill set and interest. Projects may include software development, data analysis, marketing campaigns, product research, and more.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and mentors to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives and provide actionable insights.
• Documentation: Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as required for project completion and stakeholder communication.
• Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship activities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
• Feedback and Evaluation: Receive regular feedback from mentors and supervisors to support personal and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Education: Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a college or university program related to relevant fields of Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or Agriculture.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software/tools (e.g., programming languages, marketing platforms, data analysis tools) is a plus.
• Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility: Ability to manage time effectively and balance academic responsibilities with internship commitments.
• Enthusiasm: Eagerness to learn, take on new challenges, and contribute to the company’s success.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
• Remote-based position.
