Lead enterprise Lean and Six Sigma deployment across automotive manufacturing plants and corporate functions. Manage cross-functional continuous improvement projects, review DMAIC and PDCA milestones, mentor improvement specialists, and improve OEE, throughput, quality, takt adherence, line balancing, and inventory turns. Partner with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, engineering, and plant leadership while ensuring standards compliance and presenting performance results to senior stakeholders.

Technical Skills
- Lean
Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- TPM,
VSM, SMED, Kanban, JIT, SPC
- Strong
manufacturing process knowledge in automotive/Automobile OEMs
- Data
analysis and reporting (Odoo/SAP/Oracle, Excel, Minitab, Power BI and
flowcharts)
