Agile Project Manager

Description

Evans is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join one of their growing contracts supporting the Federal Reserve Board. This role will support project oversight and facilitation of Microsoft 365 projects and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in Agile leadership, project delivery, and operational oversight to ensure successful administration, enhancement, and support of M365 services.

 Location details: This role is on-site 5 days/week at Federal Reserve Board Headquarters.  

• Facilitate Agile meetings and support Kanban-based workflows.
• Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices.
• Plan and deliver Microsoft 365 projects on time and within scope.
• Manage project schedules, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate activities across IT teams, business units, and vendors.
• Oversee day-to-day M365 operations and service delivery.
• Prioritize and manage incoming requests, incidents, and operational tasks.
• Monitor SLAs, operational metrics, and service performance.
• Coordinate change management and maintenance activities.
• Support resource planning and workload management.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, Agile delivery, or Scrum Master roles. 
• Experience managing both operational support and project-based work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot. 
• Understanding of email security and mail flow management solutions such as Proofpoint. 
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Kanban workflows. 
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and GitLab. 
• PMP, CAPM, ITIL Foundation, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or hybrid cloud experience preferred.

Compensation

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Evans's total compensation package for employees.
