  • Own cross team dependency management, proactively identifying, coordinating, and resolving delivery dependencies and risks to reduce downstream impact
  • Serve as the single point of contact for delivery execution, providing clear, consistent communication and transparency to engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Engineering Leaders and Product Managers to translate business intent into executable delivery plans while adapting to product and program context
  • Ensure delivery visibility and governance through accurate roadmaps, Rally and Aha hygiene, standardized reporting, and audit readiness
  • Enable predictable delivery and financial discipline by supporting reliable forecasting, meeting delivery commitments, and partnering with finance on budget and reporting needs
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, metrics, and execution health through retrospectives, Inspect & Adapt, and shared RTE standards

Scope & Impact
  • Operates at program or multi-team level, not just a single team
  • Manages complex dependencies and delivery risk across engineering, architecture, and product
  • Scope and assignments flex based on product maturity, demand, and organizational priorities

  • 5+ years of Product and IT experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading agile or transformation efforts across business and technology
  • 3+ years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach

  • Demonstrated familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and delivery based budgeting
  • Experience supporting large, complex platforms or multi product programs
  • Experience driving or supporting operating model or delivery model evolution
