We're looking for an experienced Agile Master with a strong Business Analysis background to join a dynamic global DevOps team. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring products are delivered efficiently while championing Agile best practices.
Requirements
Skills Required
- 5+ years experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst within Agile software development environments
- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Strong Business Analysis and requirements engineering skills including gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised backlogs
- Hands-on experience using Agile toolsets such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management skills engaging business and technical teams across multiple levels
- Experience supporting Product Owners with backlog management and prioritisation
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and product-centric delivery models
- Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while driving continuous improvement
- Experience working within large enterprise or global IT environments
- Exposure to SAP or enterprise application landscapes
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, or LeSS
- Agile Master, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis certification
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
