The Agile Marketing team partners across Choice’s digital and brand channels to run test-and-learn campaigns that optimize customer engagement and drive bookings. Your Responsibilities  

  • Support the day-to-day coordination of agile marketing pods, ensuring all test initiatives move from brief to launch on time and within budget. 

  • Assist in identifying potential test and optimization opportunities based on business needs, consumer behavior, and performance insights. 

  • Help draft and refine creative briefs that capture testing objectives, messaging strategies, and desired outcomes, ensuring alignment with brand standards. 

  • Facilitate communication and alignment across pod members, driving clarity, accountability, and effective collaboration. 

  • Capture and organize input from ideation sessions and cross-functional partners into clear next steps and prioritized testing roadmaps. 

  • Contribute to the development and quality control of marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and legal. 

  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and analytics teams to execute test plans, and measure performance; Maintain documentation of testing strategies, processes, and results. 

  • Assist in summarizing testing insights and patterns into strategic recommendations that inform brand marketing strategy and enterprise growth initiatives. 

  • Help coordinate daily stand-ups, meeting recaps, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support efficient workflows. 

 

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies  

  •  Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience 

  • At least 4 years’ experience in marketing and/or marketing project management.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word 

  • Proficient in integrated marketing communication both in traditional and new media. Strong understanding of how to implement projects within an advertising and marketing environment is highly desirable. 

  • Demonstrates key competencies to include: 

  • Proven project management experience. Process oriented with understanding of Agile ways of working.  

  • Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.       

 

Your Team  

  

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Sr. Manager, Brand Advertising & Marketing. You will have 2 peer teammate(s) and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.  

  

Your Work Location 

  

As our Agile Marketing, Project Manager, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, MD. Less than 15 miles from Washington, DC, we’re located one block away from the North Bethesda Metro station, with service on the Red Line and the MARC Brunswick line, easy access to I-270, and plenty of free parking provided by Choice Hotels. 

  

Salary Range 

  

The salary range for this position is $85,294 - $100,220 annually.

Field/Remote — Select roles designated as field/remote will require associates to work from a home office, connecting virtually with Choice team members and leadership on Zoom, with possible required travel depending on the role.
