cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled Agile Consultant to support a client who desires to build out Lean-Agile Leadership competency within their organization. This role will support a Government agency by evaluating and optimizing current business processes to enhance Agile software development and overall team performance.
Responsibilities:
Agile Capability Analysis and Optimization Recommendations:
- Mentor, coach and educate to build Lean-Agile Leadership competency within the customer’s organization, targeting messaging at both leadership and action officer levels.
- Plan, facilitate and conduct SAFe DevOps Workshops and/or TKMG Value Stream Workshops.
- Plan, facilitate and conduct SAFe Problem Solving Workshop and/or TKMG Problem Solving Workshops.
- Identify process inefficiencies, eliminate silos, and provide recommendations which result in a seamless, end-to-end operational structure.
Agile Organizational Transformation:
- Establish a Lean Agile Center of Excellence within the customer’s organization
- Lead transformation of customer’s capabilities and lay foundation to enable organic resources to facilitate workshops supporting a CI/CD pipeline.
- Conducts Continuous Delivery Pipeline definition and assessment workshop
- Conducts ongoing Continuous Delivery Pipeline assessments with LACE
Requirements:
- Secret security clearance required
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Agile teams and facilitating ceremonies
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams and enforce Agile best practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build trust and influence cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience with DoD ERPs or similar federal programs, particularly those supporting Agile transformation
- Proven track record of driving Agile organizational culture changes and embedding user-first principles in software development
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
