We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Agentic AI automation solutions and advanced Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations. This role is pivotal in shaping our next-generation intelligent automation systems, enabling autonomous decision-making, dynamic task execution, and seamless, secure communication between AI models and diverse enterprise data sources and tools.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Engineer, you will be driving the strategic adoption and technical execution of Agentic AI and Model Context Protocol. You will architect, develop, and deploy sophisticated autonomous AI agents that can reason, plan, execute multi-step tasks, and adapt to dynamic environments with minimal human intervention. This involves building robust, scalable, and secure agentic systems that move beyond traditional automation to truly intelligent, goal-driven behaviors.
You will lead efforts to integrate large language models (LLMs) with enterprise APIs, databases, and internal services, enabling them to perform actions, retrieve information, and maintain context effectively.
This position requires a blend of hands-on technical leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to best practices in AI engineering, including governance, security, and ethical considerations. You will mentor junior engineers, drive technical discussions, and collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and other engineering teams to translate business challenges into robust, production-ready AI solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or Engineering degree or a related field of study
5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, Agentic AI, Gen AI, ML, or a data-focused role.
3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions using languages like Python, PySpark, or Scala.
Proficiency with SQL and experience engineering data from diverse, high-volume sources.

Demonstrated success applying Agentic AI to solve real-world industrial problems with large-scale data.
Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices within an agile development environment.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with proven abilities to communicate complex topics to leaders and peers in a simple, clear, plan- oriented manner
A self-starter mentality, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in an environment where problems are not always well-defined.
