Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Experience team.
In this role, you will be responsible for addressing our customers' needs according to global strategies and standards, ensuring an extraordinary service experience from start to finish. You will be the bridge between our customers' physical and digital worlds, helping them navigate our services with ease and confidence.
Manage internal and external customer inquiries by efficiently administering cases through the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management Service Cloud platform to ensure timely and professional resolution of all service requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional business areas to prioritize and resolve customer claims and incidents with a high sense of urgency and full traceability.
Train and guide customers remotely on Iron Mountain service interactions and new technologies to drive high levels of service adoption and customer satisfaction.
2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or contact center environments.
Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and a high level of proficiency in office productivity software.
Proven ability in advanced verbal and written English communication (Level B2+ or higher) and the capacity to analyze complex customer journeys under pressure.
High School Diploma (Academic Bachelor) with a preference for additional training in process improvement or management.
