Job Summary

Supervise the Agency Team. Responsible for maintaining smooth operations, ensuring agent compliance, and acting as the primary escalation point for complex policy, regulatory, or operational issues. Managing day-to-day operations of both internal and external staff. Assisting the Senior Management Team in achieving organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the subject matter expert for carrier product lines, Industry updates, and advanced sales support and operational needs.

  • Serves as the primary escalation point of contact to resolve complex issues reported by our agents, carriers, and other departments as it relates to Agency Team.

  • Act as the funnel for communications that impact agents and Agency Advisors to ensure they are up-to-date on all needed information.

  • Directly manage and lead the team of Agency Advisors and Team Leads, including conducting regular 1-1 coaching to ensure employees are supported and key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals are being met.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to agents and staff on complex issues and navigating internal paperwork and procedures.

  • Create, maintain, and distribute clear, up-to-date documentation to standardize agency team workflows and minimize errors.

  • Facilitate communication between the Agency Sales Team and other departments to ensure smooth cross-team functions.

  • Assist with the onboarding and training of all new hires within the Agency Team.

  • Work directly with Senior Sales Management (Director/VP level) to report on sales goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and agent sentiment.

  • Representing the company at various business meetings.
