As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet their requirements and maximize revenue.

  • Implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and objectives, including prospecting for new clients, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals, while ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.

  • Managing the sales pipeline, including tracking and monitoring leads and opportunities, updating CRM systems, and forecasting sales projections, to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance.

  • Providing support to the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral, coordinating sales meetings and activities, and responding to client inquiries and requests, to facilitate the sales process and enhance customer engagement.

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and providing insights and recommendations to Sales Management for decision-making and strategy development.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics and KPIs, preparing regular reports and dashboards, and presenting findings to Sales Management for review and evaluation, to monitor progress towards sales goals and objectives.

We're looking for someone who:

  • roven experience in sales roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment, preferably in the real estate or related industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients, understand their needs, and cultivate long-term partnerships based on trust, credibility, and mutual benefit.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies and plans to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve business objectives.

  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and navigate change with agility and composure.
