What You'll Do:
Agency Relationship Building:
• Acquire, build, and nurture strong relationships with senior leadership at independent advertising agencies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with client services and cross-functional teams within Criteo to cultivate and expand agency accounts.
• Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Criteo's media buying platform by conducting detailed product demonstrations.
• Product Influence: Participate in discussions on product roadmaps, working closely with senior leadership, product, and engineering to align with client needs.
•New Business Development: Take the lead in responding to RFPs and identifying new opportunities with independent agencies, including qualification and win strategy.
• Prospecting: Prospect and negotiate net-new MSAs and spending initiatives across independent agencies.
• Upselling: Identify and close strategic upselling opportunities by deeply understanding the core business needs of your clients

• 10+ years of strategic sales experience, preferably in Adtech.
• Experience in relationship driven business development targeting Agency/Independent Company clients.
• Experience in programmatic and performance marketing sales.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-level clients.
• Strong quantitative skills and adept negotiation abilities.
• A passion for continuous learning and a relentless drive for excellence.
• Yearn to Hunt: you'll be tracking down key agency team contacts and most importantly, opportunity - across strategy/planning, display/investment, video, search, commerce, shopper and programmatic orgs
• Desire to collaborate: Many of your initiatives will be working alongside Criteo Sales & Account
Strategy teams so being a team player with a lack of ego is imperative
• Have fun: This is an incredibly dynamic space with its fair share of challenges
• The ability to roll with the punches while keeping a level head and having some fun is critical
