Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 (On Target Earning) 

The Opportunity

The Agency Partnerships Team serves as the central point of contact between Kargo and the World’s largest Advertising Agency Holding Companies. This team collaborates with internal teams such as Sales, Client Services, Demand Partnerships, Business Development, Product, Marketing, Research, and Data teams to create new ways of working with our agency partners through our portfolio of advertising solutions. This Agency Partner will lead and collaborate on the below to grow business and strengthen our agency partnerships. 

The Daily To-Do

  • Support the strategic development and go-to-market strategy with Agency Partnership Leads 
  • Serve as the QBR Lead. Drive the development of QBRs with Agency Partners, COE levels, and Agency OpCo levels
  • Build comprehensive analyses and preparation to effectively communicate performance, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Demonstrates executive presence while leading the QBRs, engaging stakeholders across the org to develop the story of the business and foster understanding of driving business growth through strategic discussions
  • Evangelizes Kargo as a consultative partner providing world-class customer service and developing strategic partnerships
  • Change the perception that Kargo is still a High Impact Mobile co. to Kargo is a Full Funnel Omnichannel Media and Creative Partner that can develop business in multiple channels (CTV, Digital, Social, Commerce), via multiple activation types (Programmatic and Direct), with new areas of Innovation and partnership such as Social Commerce, Retail Media, Multicultural, etc.
  • Identify Kargo’s Product Roadmap and help deliver relevant New Products and First Look to Our Agency Partners
  • Serves as an extension of our Agency’s business within Kargo, driving outcomes by deeply understanding their needs and priorities
  • Serves as the key insights lead, delivering comprehensive analyses factoring in industry trends, client business models, and market dynamics
  • Work independently and collaboratively with Kargo's National Sales and Client Services Teams to create and deliver customized presentations and proposals and meet growth goals
  • Delivers stronger, more effective solutions that meet and exceed client expectations by collaborating, influencing, and innovating on processes and products in close collaboration with Product, Media Strategy, Sales Strategy, and Account Leads
  • Support quarterly and annual revenue goals for assigned Groups

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in AdTech/Agency 
  • Experience in programmatic (CTV preferred)
  • Expert listening and discovery skills and ability to map product value to client needs 
  • Experience navigating complex organizational structures and creating champions across teams  
  • Has a strong understanding of ad servers (DFA, DFP), 3rd party tags and tracking methodology (Celtra, Moat, DV, IAS), programmatic buying between DSPs and SSPs
  • A natural curiosity about AdTech and how our products can impact organizations
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, and collaborative environment
  • Exemplary presentation and communication abilities - both verbal and written 
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging with individuals at all organizational levels, from associates to VPs to C-Suite, with a proven track record of effective communication and performance
  • High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to grow and learn
