職務概要Rocket NowのSales & Business組織において、Sales Agency運用におけるバックオフィス業務およびオペレーション全体の管理・最適化を牽引するポジションです。
契約・登録作業から実績の清算、さらにはデータ分析を通じた改善策の提案までを一気通貫で担い、代理店事業の基盤強化とスムーズな事業運営を支えていただきます。
主なミッション- 代理店運用におけるオペレーション全体の統括と、登録・清算プロセス等の円滑なマネジメント
- データの可視化（ダッシュボード構築）および分析に基づく、継続的な業務改善の推進
- 正確かつ迅速な事務管理・問い合わせ対応による、営業組織と代理店のサポート
- バックオフィスメンバーの育成・マネジメントを通じた、組織全体の業務品質および生産性の向上
- 代理店から連携される契約情報の登録作業および付随する事務手続き
- 登録作業を遅延なく円滑に進めるための進行管理・オペレーションマネジメント
- 締結済み契約書の管理およびアーカイブ保管
- 代理店運用に関わるオペレーションフロー全体の統括および最適化
