About the Role

This internship supports data analysis, campaign promotion, and business operations for the Agency Marketing and Engagement team, including executing promotional initiatives and providing efficient administrative support to drive agency business results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive operational and administrative support to the team

  • Assist in execution of incentive campaigns aligned with business objectives and targets

  • Prepare and deliver communications across various channels—including intranet, memos, newsletters, social media, email, and instant messaging—using the most appropriate format based on the message content and context for the agency force

  • Participate in company and agency events, special task forces, and projects related to agency business development initiatives and other business-related activities

  • Support event’s operations (e.g. research vendor, venue, catering, decorators) and choose the best combination of quality and cost

  • Support business projection, performance tracking and analytic

  • Ensure the reports in correct format within time frames to enable effective decision making

  • Participate in business initiatives, special projects, and agency development activities

  • Collaborate closely with teammates and stakeholders across departments

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager as needed

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of data tools is an advantage)

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to handle multiple tasks

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

  • A good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership

  • Passion for marketing, communications, and insurance business is a plus

  • Ability to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders
