We're hiring
Agency Development Managers (ADM) and Associate Agency Development Managers (AADM) in Metro Cities across India.
LOCATION: Local Resident of Metro Cities
👤 Role Summary:Hire and train advisors to sell insurance products
Help advisors with lead generation and sales
Ensure advisors follow company rules and offer the right solutions to customers
For AADM:
All Graduate
1+ year of Field sales experience in industries like Telecom, Retail, Real Estate, Pharma, Life Insurance etc.
For ADM:
Must have Life Insurance or BFSI Field experience
Age: 25 to 40 years
Must own a two-wheeler
₹3.2 to ₹4.5 LPA

- 1+ year of field sales experience (Telecom, Retail, Real Estate, Pharma, Life Insurance etc.)
