About the Role

An all-rounded practitioner in agency distribution who will acquire the knowledge and skillset essential for agency business development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

District Business Strategic Planning & KPI Delivery (30%)

  • Strengthen agency business knowledge and capabilities.
  • Execute KPI-driven business plans set by the Zone Head/Agency Business Partner to achieve targets.
  • Implement corporate initiatives and provide business support to enhance agency performance.
  • Analyze business data to support strategy development.
  • Contribute to overall agency business growth.

Zone Operations (40%)

  • Prepare district performance reports and leader appointment challenge materials, including reminders, appointment letters, KPI/activity reports, and campaign progress tracking.
  • Provide timely and accurate district operational support, including enquiry and appeal handling and preparation of district visit presentation materials.
  • Participate in agency events and KPI-related projects to support agency business development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager to meet business needs.

Collaborative Business Engagement (30%)

  • Partner with Agency Business Partners to support the agency force in sales-driven activities.
  • Proactively contribute to knowledge sharing and skill transfer within the Resources Pool.
  • Participate in agency meetings and events and build effective working relationships with agency stakeholders.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (any discipline)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in sales coordination, distribution support, agency administration, banking, or public relations is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with effective interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proactive, collaborative team player committed to excellence
