Summary:

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for administrative excellence? We’re looking for a proactive and driven Agency Administrator to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible in supporting the title insurance premium revenue division of operations and handle any function or task that may require administrative assistance.

SUMMARY:

*This position is hybrid so candidate must be able to commute to the Andover branch. As of now, works 1 day a week from home.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Prepare premium and policies to be booked into our systems, remit agent polices and balance revenue
  • Responsible for the deposit of daily revenue and detail keying title insurance policies
  • Responsible for creating and updating excel spreadsheets for policies to be done for agents
  • Communicate professionally with our agents
  • Support the receptionist position and agency sales administrator as needed
  • Ability to work from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Must be personable, positive, and a professional representative of the Company
  • Ability to work overtime as requested and as approved by supervisor

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skill.
