職務内容
担当エージェンシーのX広告運用における課題を把握し、具体的な改善計画を提示する
日々進化する広告商品の機能および効能・パフォーマンスの理解と、その活用方法の紹介を行う
社内のプロダクトチームや関連するステークホルダーと連携しながらマーケットニーズに応じたプロダクトの改善を促す
担当エージェンシーの運用チームとの関係構築、各種データ分析、広告パフォーマンス最適化支援を行う
募集条件・経験
大学卒または関連職種での実務経験
5年以上のインターネット広告営業、マーケティング、コンサルティング営業での実務経験(運用型広告の実務経験があれば尚可)
英語による基本的な読み書き又は、基礎的な会話が可能であること
望ましい経験・スキル
チームプレーを尊重し、様々なステークホルダーと一緒に働ける人
創造性に富み、チームに対する積極的な献身性を持ち、自主的に行動できる人
多様な価値観への理解と同時に自己主張を行える能力
マルチタスク業務の遂行能力およびタスク管理能力
