クランチロールは、米国のソニー・ピクチャーズ エンタテインメントと、日本の株式会社ソニー・ミュージックエンタテインメントの子会社であるアニプレックス（両社とも東京に本社を置くソニーグループ株式会社傘下）の合弁会社です。
主な担当業務- 日本の製作委員会メンバーとの、製作委員会契約、楽曲共同出版・原盤契約、商品化ライセンス契約などを含む、複雑な開発・制作案件の交渉およびタームシートの作成を担当します。
- 日本語および英語の両言語において、契約交渉および契約書の起案を行います。
- 新規獲得または国内外で制作するコンテンツについて、その財務条件、契約上のリスク、および義務（支払い・権利制限等）を、コンテンツ、法務、財務、マーケティング、ライセンシング、編成などの社内関連部門に共有・周知します。
- 案件ごとの契約条件を管理し、社内のトラッキングシステム上で交渉ステータスの更新を行います。
- 変化し続けるビジネス環境において、エンターテインメント業界における幅広い知識に基づき、ビジネス全般に関するアドバイスやサポートを提供します。
- 日本のエンターテインメント業界における、ライセンシング、製作・制作、ビジネス・アフェアーズあるいは法務の実務経験10年以上
- 8年以上のチーム・マネジメント経験
- 共同製作契約およびライセンス契約の作成や交渉、および契約内容の解釈・運用に関する実務経験
- 日本語：ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル（読み・書き・会話）
- 英語：学習意欲があり、読み・書き・会話のスキル向上に意欲的であること（実務での使用に前向きな方）
- アニメ、日本文化、およびエンターテイメント業界に対する深い情熱
