Job Description

As we prepare for 2026 and beyond, our Aftersales team faces increased technical demands and global product launches. To meet these challenges, we are seeking a Global Central Aftersales Developer & Trainer who will design and deliver high-quality training programs and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful global rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess training requirements and define learning objectives based on source materials and stakeholder input.
  • Design and deliver technical and Aftersales training programs (digital and in-person) across global markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Software Development, Car Service Business) and external suppliers to align timelines and content.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert, reviewing and validating training materials for accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
  • Oversee training roadmaps, structure, and quality of delivery.
  • Prepare resources and assets for learning events, including vehicle preparation when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training methods and instructional materials.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain an organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Training design and/or delivery experience in a technical or automotive context.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Automotive Aftersales environment and topics.
  • Ability to work across departments and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
  • High level of curiosity, rigor, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage global projects.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
