Service Center Acceptance & Evaluation
- Develop plans and carry out the monthly acceptance and evaluation of service centers operated by dealers and partners, based on VinFast standards and the expansion roadmap.
Periodic Service Quality Evaluation
- Analyze and build standard processes, checklists, and KPIs for periodic (monthly/quarterly) service quality evaluations according to VinFast standards for service centers.
- Plan and conduct monthly/quarterly evaluations of service quality based on VinFast criteria.
- Analyze results, propose improvement plans and requirements, and follow up on progress to ensure KPIs are met.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with electric vehicle brands or major automotive brands.
- Experience in service quality evaluation is an advantage.
- Proficient in English
- Willing to travel for business
