Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Aftersales Sales Enablement Analyst based at our Americas Headquarters located in Greenville, NC. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, managing, and delivering sales enablement content and tools to support sales teams and drive aftersales growth. This position focuses on creating engaging sales content, utilizing sales enablement technologies, and managing sales support projects from start to finish. 

  

What you will do: 

  • Create Product Content: Develop compelling product materials like presentations, case studies, and multi-media content tailored to enhance the knowledge and success of sales teams (both internal and external). 

  • Design Sales Enablement Materials: Create essential sales tools such as playbooks, sales pitches, call scripts, sales leadership guides, and engaging webinars to support lead generation and the sales process. 

  • Leverage Technology and Tools: Use enablement platforms and tools to manage and distribute sales content, including knowledge centers, content management systems, and CRM tools. 

  • Project Management: Lead aftersales learning projects and sales enablement initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This includes managing ad hoc communications and sales promotions. 

  • Drive Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in the sales enablement process and recommend solutions to drive efficiencies and support sales goals.

What you will need: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, or communication design. 

 

 

Skills, Experience & Abilities       

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Business Acumen: Experience developing and executing learning and communication strategies that support business growth and profitability. 

  • Leadership & Team Management: Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams. 

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of content management systems, CRM tools, and sales enablement platforms. 

  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate program effectiveness. 

  • Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and coordinating tasks across teams. 

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with sales, product management, communications, and training teams to deliver high-impact enablement materials.
