Aftersales Representative - French Market

Job Purpose

Provide post-purchase support, resolve customer issues, and ensure satisfaction by offering product knowledge, effective communication, and assistance with inquiries and concerns.

A glimpse of your daily mission

• Manage aftersales cases with professionalism and follow-up, ensuring customers receive clear and timely updates.

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Quality, and manufacturing teams to gather information and coordinate the next steps.

• Review customer feedback and product issues to help identify patterns and support continuous improvement.

• Document case details and decisions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper process alignment.

• Handle warranty and non-warranty requests, including replacements or adjustments when needed.

• Support dealers and partners by providing guidance on product handling, installation, and issue resolution.

• Escalate recurring or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

• Maintain a constructive, solution-oriented communication style with customers and internal stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor/University Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Design or equivalent studies).

• Fluent in French and English languages (business professional).

• Background in quality and/or aftersales roles, preferably within the industry.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.

• Demonstrate problem solving skills and high degree of professionalism and integrity.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
