Position Overview: An Aftersales Coordinator supports the business with CERATIZIT throughout the life of the product, as well as drives the support offer from CERATIZIT in the local sales organization. These services include repair/reconditioning, quality management, vending services and recycling. They ensure CERATIZIT is meeting customer expectations by diligently communicating, documenting and following up through the various processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develops processes, in coordination with global teams, to manage all aftersales activities. Investigates and resolves complaints of poor quality or defective products within the QM system in SAP for Customers and Vendor traceability.
- Coordinates Return/Credit/Replacement Parts to customer through Customer Service Department. Keeps accurate documentation and performs statistical analysis.
- Visually inspects returned product. Manages quotation of repair/reconditioning work. Works with Internal and external vendors on specifications and creates new PO’s when needed for rework or repair.
- Works with local and global logistics to coordinate the review/inspection of potential batch discrepancies. Collects data for study of performance capabilities and recommends improvements to the organization’s processes, equipment, and procedures. Determines the cause of unacceptable results and recommends corrective action as appropriate.
- Reports on QM issues and provides insights on action items and problem areas. Manages recycling process for carbide tools.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Associates degree in a business-related field is preferred, but a high school diploma with combination of experience will be considered.
- Self-motivated and collaborative with global teams. Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, ability to problem solve, resolve conflict.
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (with a focus on MS Excel). Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Problem solving and critical thinking.
- Competency of Reading Blueprints and SAP knowledge is preferred but not required. is preferred but not required.
