Job responsibilities:
1. Aftersales Policy Promotion & Customer Engagement
- Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively promote aftersales policies and service benefits to target customers.
- Design campaigns aimed at attracting new customers and increasing loyalty among existing clients.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to align communication messages with business objectives.
2. Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, develop, and execute online and offline marketing campaigns for aftersales services and accessories.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor customer sentiment, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for engagement improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to optimize communication efforts.
3. Media & Risk Management
- Monitor media channels and social platforms for potential communication risks.
- Proactively manage crisis communication and coordinate responses to mitigate reputational risks.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely and consistent communication during incidents.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Technical) and external partners (agencies, media) to ensure coherent messaging and campaign execution.
- Support training and briefing sessions for frontline staff on aftersales communication content and customer interaction guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or customer engagement roles, preferably within automotive industries.
- Strong skills in social media monitoring, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Ability to manage communication risks and handle crisis situations effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
