As an Aftersales Backoffice Specialist, you will be the backbone of our service operations, ensuring smooth handling of field service requests, repair orders, and customer communications. You’ll work closely with internal teams and European customers to maintain high service standards and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for European customers, managing inquiries and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement and transparency in service delivery.
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices, ensuring timely billing and clear communication with customers regarding billable services.
- Maintain and validate data in ERP systems (Infor LN).
- Identify and resolve issues related to service orders, including handling debit note approvals and re-debits, to maintain smooth operations.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Organize and support training initiatives for internal teams and external partners.
- Participate in audits and client meetings, representing the service team and contributing to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
- University degree (completed or in progress).
- Strong background in customer service role.
- Excellent command of German and English.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office (Excel).
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational team.
- High level of conscientiousness, organizational talent, and multitasking ability.
