We’re looking for an Afterhours Logistics Coordinator – Transport/Equipment Scheduler Flex, in New Iberia, LA which will help us power progress for our customers.

What you’ll do:
Based in New Iberia, LA Service Center, working 2-week shifts on a 7-on/7-off schedule with varying hours (12 AM–12 PM, 12 PM–12 AM, or 9 AM–9 PM)
Manage vehicle orders for equipment delivery, hire collection, emergency responses, and weekly inventory cycle counts, including after-hours service calls
Collaborate with schedulers, customer service representatives, sales teams, and technicians to allocate the fleet efficiently for job assignments
Organize transport for inter-company equipment movements, optimizing vehicle utilization through consolidated and backloads
Ensure proper customs and cross-border documentation is obtained for relevant equipment movements
Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and cost reallocation for intercompany movements, supported by accurate data tracking
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or relevant experience, specialized diploma, or vocational training
Experienced supply chain professional
Well organized and can meet deadlines, performing under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
Strong analytical skill with great attention to detail and execution
Power user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Work, Teams, and other software programs
