The Aftercare Officer is responsible for supporting investment strategies, maintaining expert databases, facilitating investor communications, and identifying expansion opportunities for existing investors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to support both investment servicing and Aftercare

• Develop and maintain a database of expert contacts and solutions for start-up, operational aftercare, and expansion issues

• Assist in the investor requirements gathering process

• Define and rank established investor requirements for reactive and proactive support

• Segment and target existing investors based on strategic criteria for the proactive aftercare program

• Identify potential upgrade or expansion opportunities in the country and present to assigned established foreign investors for consideration

• Identify investor expansion requirements - document requirements and identify solutions

• Provide investment project support for new establishments, and aftercare support for operational issues or expansion projects

• Create and disseminate communications to inform investors about the Agency solutions

• Establish and nurture international press contacts, in coordination with the PR staff

• Develop, plan and facilitate key investor Executives events/programs/meetings



Requirements

 - A degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance/Banking, Economics, or Real Estate

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-focused role, preferably with international clients

- Project Management qualification is an added advantage

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

- Proficient in English, with additional fluency in Ndebele, Shona, or any other local language

- Knowledge of additional UN languages an added advantage

- Excellent computer skills, with full proficiency in MS Office, internet applications, and database programs



Skills Required
