The Aftercare Manager develops strategies for investor engagement, maintains databases, oversees investor interactions, and identifies growth opportunities in line with national goals.

  • Design Investor Aftercare Frameworks and maintain a suite of aftercare reviews, profiling, and dashboard tools that track investor engagement outcomes
  • Develop investor Aftercare service delivery standards and SOPs
  • Develop and maintain a CRM database on Investors
  • Lead and oversee in-person investor engagements and operations of the Aftercare Unit
  • Identify investor business expansion opportunities and investor growth strategies
  • Document and report investor trends and analyze investor cases and industry trends
  • Liaise with the relevant Zimbabwean MDAs, target countries' constituted bodies and government agencies, as and when required




Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Finance\Banking, Economies or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience in a client-focused role, preferably with international clients
  • Proficiency in English. Additional fluency in local languages such as Ndebele, Shona, or any other UN language is beneficial
  • Proficiency in use of CRM Tools, MS Office, internet applications, and database programs​ is essential
  • Project Management Qualification is an added advantage

  • Relationship management and client-centric focus skills
  • Diplomacy and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of FDI & DDI fundamentals


Skills Required
