The Aftercare Manager develops strategies for investor engagement, maintains databases, oversees investor interactions, and identifies growth opportunities in line with national goals.

Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Finance\Banking, Economies or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in a client-focused role, preferably with international clients
- Proficiency in English. Additional fluency in local languages such as Ndebele, Shona, or any other UN language is beneficial
- Proficiency in use of CRM Tools, MS Office, internet applications, and database programs is essential
- Project Management Qualification is an added advantage

- Diplomacy and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of FDI & DDI fundamentals
Skills Required
