You'll recruit, coach, and support instructors, coordinate leagues, practices, competitions, and special events, and work closely with school administrators and community partners to deliver exceptional youth sports experiences. Every season, you'll help thousands of young athletes build confidence, develop new skills, embrace healthy lifestyles, and experience the power of teamwork, leadership, and belonging. If you're passionate about youth sports, developing coaches, and creating programs that strengthen communities, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. This is a grant-funded, school year based position with year-round training and opportunities to support additional YMCA youth programs during school intersessions and summer.

Paid training and professional development are required throughout the year, including occasional non-school days. During school intersessions and summer, additional opportunities for work may be available through YMCA youth sports, summer day camp, and other youth development programs.
