We’re looking for a dynamic Site Director (Site Coordinator) to lead our After School Program—someone who’s passionate about youth development and thrives in a leadership role. In this position, you’ll oversee daily operations, support and mentor staff, and create a safe, fun, and enriching environment for elementary-aged children.

You’ll take the lead in planning engaging activities, ensuring compliance with state childcare licensing, managing administrative responsibilities, and building strong, lasting relationships with families and school partners. This role supports two program sites in Plaistow, NH and Newton, NH, and plays a key role in shaping a growing and impactful program.

Qualifications

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early talent pursuing careers in education, recreation, or for individuals seeking to gain experience in management.  Experience as a Site Director (Site Coordinator) provides valuable skills working directly with youth and in a supervisory capacity that can lead to growth in a variety of fields.

  • Must be at least 20 years old
  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must meet the requirements for a Site Director in the state of New Hampshire
  • Wage is based on experience
  • Must be certified in NH - current resume, transcripts, and work experience must be available for interview
