About the Role:

The Quality After Sales Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving product quality issues post-sale. This position focuses on analyzing returned products, identifying root causes of defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. The engineer acts as a liaison between customers and internal departments to communicate findings and improvements effectively. By continuously monitoring product performance and feedback, the role drives enhancements that reduce future quality issues and improve overall product reliability. Ultimately, this position contributes to maintaining the company’s reputation for high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in quality engineering or after-sales support within a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of root cause analysis methodologies and quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, and SPC.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and quality management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, or industrial equipment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to product quality.
  • Ability to travel domestically to customer sites as needed.
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems to manage after-sales processes.
  • Chinese with good english and communication skill preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary customer interface for trade shipments from Mexico to the U.S.
  • Coordinate customer communications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support after-sales activities and facilitate smooth project follow-up
