How you will make an impact

  • Manage, inspire and coach a team of Sales professionals located in Sweden
  • The team assess customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions.
  • Planning, developing and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services.
  • Establishing a high collaboration environment with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Make sure sales targets are reached by effective sale and business initiatives.
  • Living our core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • Leadership experience and a proven ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends.
  • As you will be working in a global environment, fluency in English, written and spoken alike is required.
  • On a personal level, you are a self-motivated and reliable team player with an independent and result oriented working style, as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills.
  • You will have the ability to support, coach and motivate teams as well as the drive and energy needed to reach results.
  • To be successful in the role we see that you should have strong negotiation and closing skills as well as commercial experience.
  • You hold a university degree within relevant field and/or similar work experience.
