Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a motivated Compliance Manager to support Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) leaders as part of the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Integration Support Contract (ISC).
Detailed Job Description:
The Sentinel ICBM weapon system (formally GBSD) is a critical "Mega-Project" focused on modernizing the United States' ICBM infrastructure across five states. This initiative involves the comprehensive replacement of aging Minuteman III facilities with technologically advanced ballistic missiles, a new command and control system, and an extensive array of support equipment engineered for long-term sustainment.
The Program Compliance Manager provides direct support to AFGSC Directorates and associated personnel to execute the vision and implementation of the transition from Minuteman III to the Sentinel weapon system. In this role, the successful candidate will manage process compliance efforts within AFGSC, focusing specifically on personnel security, operations, maintenance, and security forces programs. Responsibilities include coordinating, developing, and tracking the AFGSC materials essential to the Sentinel transition, as well as designing and implementing continuous improvements to organizational processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with AFGSC strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and experience regarding wing and headquarters operations, specifically within operations, maintenance and security forces planning and activities. This includes a proven track record of interacting with wing operations centers and a comprehensive understanding of base support actions.
Pursuant to Government contract, this position requires US Citizenship status.
This position is a full-time 5/40 role located at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. Due to special-access, classified working environment and is not conducive to regular "telework" schedules.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 10+ years' experience in headquarters or missile wing operations.
• Experience with Information Governance.
• Experience with DoD requirements development.
• Experience with Derivative Classification.
• Knowledge of Security Manager, Site Security Manager and or Special Security Representative activities or requirements.
• Knowledge of Information Protection.
• Knowledge of Facility Standards.
• Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplined team environment.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Active TS security clearance.
• Understanding of Risk, Issue and Opportunity (RIO) Management.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management.
• Understanding of Training and Evaluation process development.
• Master's degree.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $108787 - $184937

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
