What you’ll do: 

  • You will learn to manage daily relationships with business partners, handling requests, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth collaboration aligned with business objectives. 

  • You will learn to prepare and oversee periodic updates on portfolio results and performance, supporting data driven decision making through continuous analysis. 

  • You will monitor compensation models and incentive plans, ensuring proper implementation and alignment with company objectives, with a particular focus on the P&L to identify business development and cost optimization opportunities. 

  • You will monitor and analyse retail partner performance through key KPIs, identifying areas for optimization and growth. 

  • You will collaborate with the Marketing, CVM, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize digital campaigns, landing pages, and partner specific initiatives.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence retail partners. 

  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail, and to plan activities to achieve objectives. 

  • A proactive attitude and a problem-solving approach. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is a plus. 

  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
