Responsibilities
Independently manage and optimize Affiliation programs using our platform, AWIN, to maximize performance across Arlo FR/DE.
Drive growth of existing affiliation programs in France and Germany while leading the launch of new markets, including the UK and potentially Italy.
Oversee and coordinate work with the affiliation agency, ensuring alignment with strategy and performance goals.
Collaborate closely with the Paid Media Managers (Google/Meta) to ensure synergy across acquisition channels.
Analyze performance data, track key metrics, and proactively propose strategic improvements.
Contribute to studio briefs, campaign reporting, and creative optimization.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, affiliation, and paid media to bring fresh insights to the team.
Work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment while bringing a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation.
Profile & Requirements
Currently enrolled in an Master 2 or MBA program, ideally with a specialization in digital marketing, e-commerce, or advertising.
Prior experience in affiliation or paid media management is essential.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously while fostering teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Experience in agency management and coordination is a plus.
Fluency in English (French and/or German is a plus).
Preferred work-study schedule: 3 days in the company / 2 days at school or 4 days in the company / 1 day at school to ensure consistent weekly involvement.
