Sisal is seeking an Affiliate Analyst Trainee motivated to grow professionally and develop expertise in a data-driven environment. You will join the Analysis Affiliation team to support analytical activities.
What you’ll do:
Analyze affiliate partner performance through quantitative and qualitative KPIs
Evaluate affiliate profitability considering costs, incentives, and margins
Produce ad-hoc analyses to identify and report anomalies or performance drops
Build and maintain reports and dashboards
Integrate data from affiliate platforms, analytics tools, and internal databases
Define requirements for customized dashboards in Qlik
Prepare slides, presentations, and summary reports
What you’ll bring:
Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
Knowledge of the regulated gaming industry is a plus
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proactive attitude and problem-solving approach
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work with large datasets and structured information
