As an Affiliates Manager at Mindvalley, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and enhancing our brand presence through strategic affiliate partnerships. This position demands a blend of marketing acumen, charismatic networking abilities, and a keen eye for crafting win-win deal structures. You'll be responsible for building and managing affiliate and partner programs that align with our company's vision of mutual growth and success.

  • Design and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive substantial growth in revenue and customers driven from Affiliates.
  • Work closely with our Affiliates agency to identify and recruit new affiliates across a diverse range of categories and channels. 
  • Conduct negotiations with affiliates to secure mutually beneficial terms, ensuring competitiveness and attractiveness of offers.
  • Continuously assess and optimize the performance of affiliates to maximize ROI.

  • Expand beyond traditional network affiliates  programs to negotiate and secure bespoke direct partnership deals that deliver significant incremental reach and growth for Mindvalley develop and oversee partner initiatives that drive mutual growth.
  • Innovate and propose deal structures that align with the company's objectives while offering compelling incentives for partners.
  • Invest in partner success by providing resources, marketing collateral and ongoing support to nurture long-term relationships.

  • Serve as a representative of the company at industry events, fostering connections with potential partners and affiliates.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key affiliates and partners, ensuring sustained engagement and collaboration.
  • Manage communication channels and negotiate deals to optimize profitability and enhance partnership value.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and capitalize on opportunities within affiliate marketing.
  • Leverage understanding of SEO, media buying, sales funnels, and overarching marketing strategies to amplify the effectiveness of affiliate programs.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on competitors' affiliate campaigns and tactics to stay ahead in the market.

  • Good understandingof SEO, media buying, funnels, and a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools, understanding of commission models and tracking methods.
  • Ability to analyze performance data to inform strategy adjustments and report on ROI.

  • Engaging and persuasive communicator, able to inspire and motivate partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect with people at all levels.
  • Skilled in negotiation, with a knack for crafting deals that appeal to both sides.
  • Independent thinker with a proactive approach to business development and problem-solving.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of growing affiliate networks and managing successful partnerships.
  • Background in marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience attending and participating in industry conferences and events.
  • Entrepreneurial background, with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically about business growth.
