The Role

Creator commerce is changing ecommerce. The brands winning on TikTok aren't simply running paid ads—they're building creator ecosystems that generate content, trust and sales every single day.

We're looking for an Affiliate Strategist to lead that growth for some of the UK's fastest-growing ecommerce brands. You'll own the entire affiliate strategy across multiple client accounts; identifying creators, launching campaigns, building long-term partnerships and continuously improving performance through data and experimentation.

This is a highly commercial role where success isn't measured by the number of creators recruited, but by the revenue those partnerships generate.

Working directly with our TikTok Shop specialists and alongside TikTok itself, you'll gain exposure to some of the newest commerce products and strategies before they're widely adopted across the industry.


RequirementsAffiliate Strategy
  • Build and execute affiliate strategies across multiple ecommerce brands.
  • Develop creator recruitment plans that support each client's commercial objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to scale creator-led revenue through structured affiliate programmes.
  • Continuously evolve strategies based on campaign performance and market trends.
Creator Partnerships
  • Identify and recruit creators using TikTok Shop Affiliate Centre.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators and agencies.
  • Negotiate commissions, incentives and promotional opportunities.
  • Develop a consistent pipeline of high-performing affiliate partners.
Campaign Management
  • Launch affiliate campaigns from briefing through to execution.
  • Coordinate gifting, commission structures and promotional mechanics.
  • Provide creators with clear creative guidance whilst maintaining brand authenticity.
  • Monitor campaign delivery across multiple client accounts.
Performance Optimisation
  • Analyse GMV, CTR, Conversion Rate, AOV, Revenue and affiliate contribution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creator performance.
  • Test new approaches to maximise profitability.
  • Produce insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience managing TikTok Shop Affiliate campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate Centre.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers or affiliate programmes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working with performance metrics.
  • Fluent English communication skills

  • Experience within an ecommerce or DTC brand.
  • Agency experience.
  • Experience using TikTok Creator Marketplace.
  • Shopify or WooCommerce experience.
