Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and prioritize key affiliate segments (creators, communities, media partners, resellers)
  • Manage end-to-end affiliate lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, activation, and optimization
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance (GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, CAC)
  • Optimize underperforming affiliates and scale high-performing ones
  • Ensure affiliate activities remain profitable (positive contribution margin)
  • Plan and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs
  • Collaborate with Content, Live Commerce, Brand, and Commercial teams
  • Manage affiliate platforms, including tracking accuracy, payouts, and fraud prevention
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of key affiliate metrics (GMV, ROAS, CAC, contribution margin)
  • Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee)
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
